Terms of Service for Rittoh
Please review these terms carefully before commissioning me. If you do not read/understand these terms, ask questions - you are still held to them regardless.GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or postpone your commission for whatever reason, provided I give you written warning of cancellations or holds.
- I reserve the right to repost your image on art galleries and other websites unless you wish to remain anonymous.
- You may not use my artwork for personal financial gain, commercial products, etc without a written agreement.
- You have the right to revisions (up to 2 rounds before additional charges apply), but you, the commissioner, hold the responsibility of asking for revisions BEFORE the piece is completed.
- DO NOT note or otherwise message me repeatedly for commission progress (twice a day or more).
- Deadlines are acceptable, but only within reason. Deadlines may be discussed over private messages. DO NOT COMMISSION LARGE, LAST MINUTE PROJECTS WITH A DEADLINE OF 2 WEEKS OR SHORTER.
- Unless a deadline is settled upon, works in the queue will be completed in order paid.
- Critique is welcome; criticism is not. Please give a helpful comment of what can be done better. Insulting, disrespecting or degrading me and my work will result in a possible cancellation of commission and refusal of future service.
- You will receive a high resolution version of your commission, with and without watermarks (if the image is digital) upon request.
- Finally, this is not my full time job. I draw for fun, and it is a hobby for me. Sometimes I will work quickly, and other times slowly. Keep this in mind when commissioning me. Contact me for a refund first, before filing anything through a payment organization.BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME:
- Have your affairs in order. Do not send a message about reserving adoptables or a commission slot without having your money ready.
- For the highest quality piece, do not rush or demand for your piece to be first or completed faster. If you have a set date that you want it by, please request a discussion about deadlines.ADOPTABLES & DESIGN COMMISSIONS:
- Upon purchase completion, you may change the design or use it however you wish.
- You MAY resell the character.
- If adopt is on hold it will be on hold for 3 days.
- After purchase, the design is permanently yours unless you resell it (this in turn relinquishes your copyright hold).
- Adoptables are as-is. You will not receive a refund if you randomly change your mind or you need the money back. Have your affairs in order before buying an adoptable.
- When reposting the image I’ve drawn of the design to your account, please credit back to me for the art.
- Credit for the design isn't required, but it's very nice to do! This is underlined three times if you use the character for a commercial product.SUBJECT MATTER:
Most fetishes/gore are accepted, with enthusiasm. For more information, please contact me via note. I am not judgmental, and I’m more than happy to work out a commission for you.RESTRICTED MATERIAL: Pedophilia; cub/babyfur nudity or porn; messed diapers; scat; vomit(sexualized); necrophilia; zoophilia.18+ MATERIAL CONDITIONS:
- When commissioning adult artwork, you must be 18 years of age or older. Selling pornography to minors is punishable by law. If I discover you are a minor purchasing adult work, your commission will be cancelled and your account reported.
- I will refuse your commission if you are attempting to commission pornographic artwork of other characters that do not belong to you without the owner’s consent. I will also report you for this behavior.
- It is YOUR responsibility, not mine, to ensure consent is given. I refuse to be involved in a personal argument for something you neglected to ensure.
